The specificity of dialectal word formation - some methodological and other remarks

Dialect is the speech of oral environment based on intergenerational transmission. The orality dialects and their ?history? reduced to level three generations (ME: PARENTS: GRANDPARENTS) has a clear impact dialectal word formation, description which must take into account mechanisms other than those developed for analogous phenomena in literary language.
